SARANTIS S.A. announces, pursuant to article 9, paragraph 5 of the L.3556 and following the Company's share capital increase by 314,160 euro, effected through exercise of stock options and the subsequent trading of the Company's new 204,000 common registered shares that started on 16/01/08, the Company's share capital amounts to 59,060,447.60 EUR and is divided into 38,350,940 common shares of nominal value 1.54 each.
