The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07 that Ms. Androniki Syropoulou daughter of Stylianos, shareholder and "Other Manager" (according to a.13 of the L.3340), proceeded on 18/01/08 to the sale of 1,000 (one thousand) common shares at the price of 11.70 euros (eleven euros and seventy cents) of total value 11,700 euros (eleven thousand and seven hundred euros).
