The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07 the following:

- Mrs. Latsou Anastasia-Stavroula daughter of Spyridon, "Other Manager" of the Company (according to a.13 of the L.3340) proceeded on 15/02/08 to the purchase of 700 (seven hundred) common shares at the price of 11.78 euros (eleven euro and seventy eight cents) of total value 8,246 euros (eight thousand two hundred and forty six euro).

- The shareholder and Executive BoD member, Mr. Konstantinos Stamatiou son of Fokion, proceeded on 14/02/08 to the sale of 500 (five hundred) common shares at the price of 11.62 euros (eleven euros and sixty two cents) of total value 5,810 euros (five thousand eight hundred and ten) and on 15/02/08 to the sale of 500 (five hundred) common shares at the price of 11.85 euros (eleven euros and eighty five cents) of total value 5,925 euros (five thousand nine hundred and twenty five euros).
