The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07 that the shareholder and Executive BoD member, Mr. Konstantinos Stamatiou son of Fokion, proceeded on 14/03/08 to the sale of 500 (five hundred) common shares at the price of 11.10 euros (eleven euros and ten cents) of total value 5,550.51 euros (five thousand five hundred fifty euros and fifty one cents).
