The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07 that the manager of the Shareholder Services and Corporate Announcements department Ms Eleni Pappa of Evangelos, proceeded on 08/07/08 to the purchase of 1,000 (one thousand) common shares at the price of 10.30 euros (ten euros and thirty cents) of total value 10,300 euros (ten thousand three hundred euros).
