May 9, 2007 Aspis Bank announces that it received from the Bank of Greece the Decision No 241/1/3.5.2007 of the Directorate of Banking and Credit Issues, which did not approve Aspis Bank's petition to permit the acquisition of 51% of FBBank.
Aspis Bank will continue its independent development through expansion.
