November 8, 2006 The financial data and information as of January 1, 2005 till March 31, 2005 and January 1, 2005 till June 30, 2005 as they have been finalized after the corrections of unintentional mistakes made on the Group's Income Statement have been posted on "Con. Cardassilaris & Sons S.A. - CARDICO S.A." corporate website (http:/www.cardico.com). More specifically: 1) Consolidated Income Statement as of 31/03/2005 In the column current period 01/01//2005 - 31/03/2005 "Earnings before interest, tax and depreciation" have changed from 7,104,589 to 6,728,771. 2) Consolidated Income Statement as of 30/06/2005. i) In the column current period 01/01//2005 - 30/06/2005 "Earnings before interest, tax and depreciation" have changed from 13,488,055 to 12,622,311. ii) In the column current quarter 01/04/2005 - 30/06/2005 "Earnings before interest, tax and depreciation" have changed from 6,392,411 to 5,893,540.
