During the period from 16/11/2005 till 04/11/2006 the company purchased in accordance with the decision of the Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting as of November 4, 2005, 453,140 own shares at an average acquisition price of euro 4.758 per share. During the abovementioned period, the company sold 708,000 own shares. After the abovementioned transactions the company on 4/11/2006 holds 345,140 own shares, which represent 1.575% of its share capital.
