January 17, 2007 Con.Cardassilaris & Sons S.A - CARDICO announces that on the 16th of January 2007 Mr. Stylianos Vassiliadis -Financial Director and In Charge of Corporate Announcements- resigned from his duties after 39 years of continuous employment in order to enjoy his retirement. Mr. Vassiliadis thanked the Chairman and the Board of Directors for the confidence they showed him in their long-lasting collaboration. Mr. Tsakiris Evangelos, Head of the Accounts Department until recently, is undertaking the position of Financial Director while Ms. Helen Karanasou is from now on In Charge of the Corporate Announcements & Investor Services.
