CARDICO discloses according to article 14 law 3556, that after a relevant disclosure it received from Mr Georgios Cardassilaris as of November 16th 2007, that on November 14th 2007 he proceeded to the sale of shares of the company 'CON. CARDASSILARIS & SONS S.A. - CARDICO', and as a result, its total number of shares and voting rights decreased from 3.351.500 to 3.235.110 and his percentage on total voting rights of the above company changed from 15,29% to 14,76%.
