CARDASSILARIS & SONS S.A CARDICO", in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and in combination with 1/434/3.7.2007 Decision of the Hellenic Capital Market Committee announces that,Mrs.Brachlioti Mpoti Eleni, person that is directly related with person that performs managerial duties,wife, (obliged person according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005) proceeded on 05/12/2007, on the purchase of 2.000 company's common registered shares, of total value of 4.050,00 euro.
