CARDASSILARIS & SONS S.A CARDICO", in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and in combination with 1/434/3.7.2007 Decision of the Hellenic Capital Market Committee announces that,Mrs.Brachlioti Mpoti Eleni, person that is directly related with person that performs managerial duties, Mr George Cardassilaris wife , (obliged person according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005) proceeded on 25/02/2008, on the purchase of 6.500 company's common registered shares, of total value of 9.455,00 euro.
