January 24, 2005 As of January 24, 2005, the 284.280 new (CR) shares of the Company PC SYSTEMS S.A. start trading on the ATHEX following the recent share capital increase due to the Stock Option Plan from the members of the Board of Directors and the Company’s Managers & personnel, at an issue price of 0,37 Euro. On January 24, 2005, the total number of the Company’s listed shares amounts to 12.702.080 (CR) shares, of par value 0,37 Euro.
