February 17, 2003 As of February 17, 2003, the 349,910 new common registered (CR) shares of the Company PC SYSTEMS S.A. start trading on the ATHEX, following the recent share capital increase of the Company due to the Stock Option Plan for the Managing Director and the Company’s personnel, at an issue price of EURO 1.05 per share. On February 17, 2003, the total number of the Company’s listed shares amounts to 12,304,530 common registered (CR) shares.
