June 15, 2005 The company PC SYSTEMS S.A. announced today that its Annual Ordinary Shareholders' General Meeting, which convened on 14/06/2005 approved the distribution of a dividend for the fiscal year 2004 and decided to amount to euros 0.015 per share. Beneficiaries of the said dividend will be shareholders, whose names will appear on the Shareholders' Register of the company at the close of the ATHEX trading session on 15/07/2005. As of Monday, July 18, 2005, the shares of the company will be traded on the ATHEX ex-dividend. The payment of the dividend in question will start on Tuesday, July 26, 2005.
