July 8, 2004 The Board of Directors of ''PC SYSTEMS S.A.'' announces the following: In line with the Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting decisions, as of June 27 2003, our company implemented the share buyback program. More specifically, during the period 08/05/2003 - 06/23/2004 the Company bought back 110,820 of its shares, 0.88% of total share capital, at an average price euros 1.67 per share. It should be also noted that the Company up to June 25, 2004 holds 324,240 shares, 2.58% of its share capital.
