January 27, 2004 The company announces that as of 29.1.2004, the 236,050 new common registered shares of the company start trading on the ATHEX following the share capital increase by 87,338.50 euros due to the exercise by the Members of the BoD, the executives and the staff of the stock option at an issue price of 1 euro per share. The above increase which does not consist a modification of the company's charter, was approved by the Ministry of Development and was registered in the record of the societe anonymes (K2-15368/12.1.2004). The ATHEX BoD on 15.1.2004 approved the listing of these 236,050 shares. On 29.1.2004 the new shares will be credited in the accounts of the 78 beneficiaries at the DSS. As of the same date, the trading of the shares of the company will be realized at a new adjusted price due to the above share capital increase.
