July 4, 2003 The Ordinary General Meeting on 27.6.2003 approved the dividend payment of euro 0.002 per share. Eligible to receive dividends are shareholders of record on 10.7.2003. As of 11.7.2003 the shares of the company are traded on the ATHEX ex-dividend. The dividend payment will be start on 21.7.2003 until 21.7.2004 at the offices of N.D. Devletoglou Securities S.A. (39 Panepistimiou str., Athens) After 21.7.2004 the dividend payment will take place at the offices of the company (14 Pentelis str. Amarousion, Athens).
