October 26, 2007 BIOTER SA according to the provisions of art. 27, paragr.3 of the Law 3556/2007, announces that on September 28th, 2007 the shareholder ALPHA ASSET MANAGEMENT SA (mutual funds managing company) sent written statement -applying the provisions of art. 27, para.2 of the Law 3556- about the percentage on BIOTER's stock capital on June, 30th 2007 as follows : ALPHA ASSET MANAGEMENT SA possesses 3.402.592 shares and 3.402.592 voting rights (directly : 3.402.592, indirectly : 0), i.e. 5,56% on BIOTER's total stock capital.
