June 30, 2008 BIOTER SA announces: ALPHA ASSET MANAGEMENT AEDAE and on behalf of the ALPHA AMOIVAION CAPITAL managed with a participation of 5.56% in Bioter's share capital, informed the Securities and Exchange Commission and our company, that will be represented in the Annual General Meeting today, Monday, 6/30/ 2008 through the proxy of Mr. Georgiow Pavlopoulos who may exercise the voting rights at his discretion (which will cease to hold from 7/1/2008).
