December 12, 2007 DIAS AQUACULTURE S.A., in accordance with Law 3556/2007 and Decision 1/434/03.03.2007 (article 11) of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, announces that on 11/12/2007, Pitakas Stelios, CEO of the company, (person obliged to notify pursuant to article 13 of L.3340/2005) , sold 1.000.000 common shares with voting rights of the company, with a total net value of 4.500.000.00 euros. Also DIAS AQUACULTURE S.A. discloses according to article 9 law 3556/2007, that after a relevant disclosure it received from Mr Pitakas Stelios as of December 11th 2007, that on December 11th 2007 he proceeded to the sale of shares of the company DIAS AQUACULTURE S.A., and as a result, its total number of shares and voting rights decreased from 7.967.810 to 6.967.810 and his percentage on total voting rights of the above company changed from 40,94% to 35,80%.
