May 22, 2008 DIAS AQUACULTURE S.A., in accordance with Law 3556/2007 and Decision 1/434/03.03.2007 (article 11) of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, announces that on 19/05/2008, Liossis Ioannis, Independent non-executive member of the company, (person obliged to notify pursuant to article 13 of L.3340/2005), sold 100.000 common shares with voting rights of the company, with a total net value of 418.000,00 euros, and on 20/05/2008 sold 20.000 common shares with voting rights of the company, with a total net value of 84.000,00 euros.
