September 17, 2008 DIAS AQUACULTURE S.A., in accordance with Law 3556/2007 and Decision 1/434/03.03.2007 (article 11) of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, announces that on 16/09/2008, Pitakas Konstantinos (person obliged to notify pursuant to article 13 of L.3340/2005), who is closely associated to Mr George Pitakas, an executive member of the Board of Directors of the company, bought 16.000 common shares with voting rights of the company, with a total net value of 55.360,00 euros.
