December 18, 2008 DIAS AQUACULTURE S.A. announces that on 17/12/2008 acquired 2,36% of the shares of POROS AQUACULTURE S.A. from Mr. Georgios Athanasiou at an acquisition price of EUR 56.463,00 increasing therefore its stockholding to 100% of aforementioned company's issued shares.
