Share Capital Increase

February 1, 2006 The company DIEKAT TECHNICAL CO. S.A. announces that on 24.1.2006 the Shareholders' Extraordinary General Meeting of its subsidiary company DIEKAT ENERGY S.A. decided that the latter would proceed with the increase of its share capital with the cancellation of the old shareholders' right, i.e. DIEKAT TECHNICAL CO. S.A. and ENERGOMAT LTD (a subsidiary of the company by 80%), in favor of the new strategic investor Mr.Theodoros Nanos. The full subscription of the aforementioned share capital increase would have as a result a change in the holding percentages of the old shareholders in the new share capital of DIEKAT ENERGY S.A. More specifically, DIEKAT's TECHNICAL CO. S.A. holding will change from 51% to 16.83%, while ENERGOMAT's ENTERPRISES LTD holding will change from 49% to 16.17%.
