October 2, 2006 On October 2, 2006, (before the opening of the trading session, Local Time: 11:16) according to the decision No 517/15.9.2006 of the General Manager of the Capital Market Commission, 1.000 (CR) shares of the Company DIEKAT S.A., will be auctioned. The opening price for the auction of shares cannot be less than the closing price of the share on September 29, 2006, by a percentage greater than 5%.
