December 21, 2007 The Company, according to the article 10 of law 3340/2005, announces that on 18/12/2007 proceeded to the transfer of 1.035.184 shares, i.e. percentage of 79,45% of the participation that held DIEKAT INTERNATIONAL LTD, 100% subsidiary company, in the share capital of INSCUT S.A., listed in the Stock Exchange of Bucharest, for the amount of 28.050.008 RON (8 millions euros). The above-mentioned transaction was effected by ALPHA FINANCE ROMANIA SA, and the shares were transmitted to two companies, SVENON INVESTMENTS LTD as of 60% and KESDAL VENTURES LTD as of 19, 45%. The above transfer will affect positively in the results of Group, for the amount of 5, 8 millions euros due to the surplus value.
