June 27, 2008 In accordance with the provisions of the Athens Exchange Rulebook and further to the 28/06/2007 decision of the General Assembly of Company's Shareholders, concerning the purchase of own shares, up to a percentage of 10% of the total Company's shares, at a minimum price of one (1) euro per share and at a maximum price of ten (10) euros per share, the Company announces that the above decision wasn't realized.
