July 4, 2006 As of July 4, 2006, the shares of the Company BIOSSOL S.A. are traded on the ATHEX ex-rights in terms of 2 new (CR) shares for every 3 old (CR) or (PR) shares held at an issue price of 0,30 Euro. The rights trading period is set from July 10, 2006, to July 18, 2006. The subscription rights period is set from July 10, 2006 to July 24, 2006. It is clarified that -according to the Decision No 35/24.11.2005 of the ATHEX BoD- there is no adjustment at the (CR) or (PR) share start price so there is no modification of the trading limits of the share price as the article 76 of the ATHEX Regulation Operation defines.
