July 24, 2006 On July 24, 2006, (before the opening of the trading session, Local Time: 11:16) according to the decision No 391/21.6.2006 of the General Manager of the Capital Market Commission, 10.000 (CR) shares of the BANK OF ATTICA S.A., will be auctioned. The opening price for the auction of shares cannot be less than the closing price of the share on July 21, 2006, by a percentage greater than 2%.
