February 9, 2007 The Board of Directors of Attica Bank, meeting on February 9th 2007: 1) Approved a three-year Business Plan (for the period 2007-2009) which, among other things, provides for a share capital increase of 125-150 million euros. 2) Called an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders for March 7th 2007 to discuss the increase of the Bank's share capital.
