January 25, 2007 On January 25, 2007, (before the opening of the trading session, Local Time: 11:16) according to the decision No 701/29.12.2006 of the General Manager of the Capital Market Commission, 14.200 (CR) shares of the AGRICULTURAL BANK OF GREECE S.A., will be auctioned. The opening price for the auction of shares cannot be less than the closing price of the share on January 24, 2007, by a percentage greater than 2%.
