June 21, 2007 ATEbank announces that at 31.05.2007 held 1,140,723 ordinary voting shares (Equity Capital participation 20.00%) and 255,108 preference cumulative shares (Equity Capital participation 24.99%) of AIK BANKA. Due to the completeness of the Equity Capital increase of AIK BANKA, (General Meeting decision, 26.04.2007), issued 1,327,860 new ordinary voting shares, with nominal value 1,700 RSD and issue value 6,100 RSD. ATEbank following the exercising of its pre-emption right, now holds 274,325 new ordinary voting shares of AIK BANKA, so its Equity Capital participation is now 20.12%.
