(ATEbank participation 82.33%) had received until Friday 22nd June 2007 Non-Binding Expression of Interest for the conversion of Larissa and Xanthi sugar plants into bioethanol production units from the following Strategic Investors: 1. T.A.R.K.I.M. AS (Turkey) 2. CAL WEST - PACIFIC ETHANOL (U.S.A.) 3. P.N PETTAS A.B.E.E. 4. R.F. ENERGY S.A.. (Fidakis Group - Restis Group) 5. ORFEAS Ltd. 6. B.G. SPILIOPOULOS A.B.E.E.. - ALCO GROUP (Greece-Belgium) 7. MOTOR OIL (HELLAS)-Korinthos Refineries S.A. 8. J&P AVAX S.A.. - LURGI AG (Greece-Germany) 9. DAMCO ENERGY S.A. (Kopelouzos Group) 10. SWISSMARINE INC. - SOLARIS ENERGY S.A. - VERBIO AG - LBBW (Greece-Germany) 11. ?? COMMERCE DOO (Serbia) 12. BIOETHANOL LTD - ROYAL BANK OF SCOTLAND (United Kingdom) The evaluation of the aforementioned candidacies for the selection of those who will be invited to participate into the second part of the procedure will be completed into approximately ten (10) working days, in accordance with the procedure's regulations.
