December 3, 2007 The Agricultural Bank of Greece S.A. announces the timely receipt (up to Friday 30th November 2007, 17:00 hours local time), of Non-Binding Expressions of Interest for the sale of its participation in "RODOPI" S.A. from the following prospective investors: 1. ATHENS FAMILY BAKERY S.A. (FERRO) 2. EVROFARMA S.A. 3. FRIESLAND HELLAS S.A. 4. KOLIOS S.A. 5. KRI-KRI DAIRY S.A. 6. NEOGAL DAIRY S.A. 7. SEKE S.A. 8. TYRAS S.A. The evaluation of the aforementioned candidacies for the selection of those who will be invited to participate in the second part of the procedure will be completed within approximately seven (7) days, in accordance with the terms of the procedure.
