May 12, 2008 ATEbank announces in accordance with article 19 par. 2 of l. 3556/2007, that it intends to amend the articles 5, 7, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 21, 22, 23, 25, 26, 28, 29, 30, 31, 35 of its Articles of Association by resolution of the Bank's Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting which will be held on May 14th, 2008. The draft amendment of the Articles of Association is available at the Bank's website, www.atebank.gr and at the ATHEX website, www.ase.gr.
