June 6, 2008 ATEbank announces that, according to the procedure determined in co-operation with Deloitte Business Solutions S.A., the non Binding Offers for the acquisition of part of ATEbank's Equity participation in ATE Insurance S.A. as well as for the establishment of strategic alliance in the Bancassurance area, will be accepted by Deloitte Business Solutions S.A. until 23rd June 2008. ATEbank reserves, however, the right to extend the above mentioned deadline. In any case, ATEbank will timely inform its investors regarding the submitted non Binding Offers.
