December 24, 2008 ATEbank announces that, the negotiations with GROUPAMA for the sale of the majority shareholding interest of ATE Insurance have been concluded without reaching an agreement. The strategy of the Bank, as the main shareholder of the company will be reassessed in time and simultaneously it will be pursued the development of the company and the improvement of its financial results.
