November 30, 2007 Bank of Cyprus, in accordance with the provisions of Greek Law L. 3556/2007 (articles 3(xvi) (bb) and 21), in conjunction with article 11 of Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Greek Capital Markets Commission, notifies that Savvas Ioannou (person obliged to notify pursuant to article 13 of L.3340/2005, as he is closely connected with Sophia Ioannou), sold on 29 November 2007 a total of 500 Bank of Cyprus shares for a total value of 6.450 euro.
