November 27, 2007 Bank of Cyprus, in accordance with the provisions of Greek Law L. 3556/2007 (articles 3(xvi) (bb) and 21), in conjunction with article 11 of Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Greek Capital Markets Commission, notifies that Evdokimos Xenophontos (member of the Board of Directors - person obliged to notify pursuant to article 13 of L.3340/2005), transferred for no value through two off-the-Exchange transactions on 23 November 2007, 8.083 and 24.414 shares of Bank of Cyprus to Xenophontos Alexis and Iason.
