November 27, 2007 Bank of Cyprus, in accordance with the provisions of Greek Law L. 3556/2007 (articles 3(xvi) (bb) and 21), in conjunction with article 11 of Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Greek Capital Markets Commission, notifies that Kyriakos Tsolakis (person obliged to notify pursuant to article 13 of L.3340/2005), has exercised on 26 November 2007 a total of 1.300 Share Options 2001/07 of Bank of Cyprus for a total value of £4.238.
