February 1, 2008 The Board of Directors of Bank of Cyprus will convene on Wednesday, 27 February 2008, to examine the audited financial results of the Bank of Cyprus Group for the year ended 31 December 2007 and the possible payment of a final dividend. On the same day (27 February 2008), the Board of Directors will examine the three-year strategic plan 2008-2010 of the Group as well as its targets with regard to key performance indicators for the three-year period. The relevant announcements to the Cyprus and the Athens Stock Exchanges and to the Press will be made after the market close on 27 February 2008.
