April 17, 2008 "MARFIN INVESTMENT GROUP HOLDINGS S.A." announces according to Laws 3556/2007 and 3340/2005, resolution 1/434/03.07.2007 and Circular no. 33 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that on April 11, 2008, the Member of MIG's Recommending Investment Committee, Mr. Dimitrios Spanodimos, bought 2,900 MIG Futures (maturing June 2008), of total value Euro 1,508,329.90.
