May 21, 2008 Bank of Cyprus, in accordance with the provisions of Cyprus Law L.116(I)/2005 (article 18), notifies that 219.780 shares of Bank of Cyprus were transferred for no value through an off-the-Exchange transaction on 20 May 2008, from the company Aphrodite Holdings Ltd to Christofides Christakis (member of the Board of Directors).
