August 29, 2008 The investing public is being informed that relating to the Interest payment of the Capital Securities 12/2007 Bank of Cyprus Public Company Ltd will be announcing the record date of each Interest payment. The record date will also include transactions that take place before the market close of the Cyprus Stock Exchange on that date. Furthermore, eligible to the interest payment will be holders of the above mentioned Capital Securities following off the Exchange transfers which will be completed on the record date. The ex-interest date will also be announced.
