January 27, 2009 The investing public is informed that the interest for the quarter 20/11/2008 -19/02/2009 on the floating rate Capital Securities Series B issued by Bank of Cyprus Public Company Ltd will be paid on 20th February 2009. The record date for those eligible to the interest payment is 11th February 2009, that is holders of the above mentioned Capital Securities who will be registered in the Cyprus Stock Exchange on the 11th February 2009. Furthermore, those eligible to the interest payment will be holders of the above mentioned Capital Securities following off-the-Exchange transfers completed on the record date. The ex-interest date is 9th February 2009. The interest rate on the Capital Securities Series B for the quarter 20/11/2008-19/02/2009 is 4,25%.
