October 25, 2007 ELGEKA S.A. pursuant the provisions of article 27 par. 3 of Law 3556/2007 would like to notify the investing public that according to the completed NOTIFICATION FORM TR1 sent by the major shareholders on the 30th of September, their voting rights and their shares are as follows: 1. The shareholder Mr. Alexander George Katsiotis, President and Managing Director of the Board of Directors, holds 10.641.100 nominal shares with corresponding voting rights (directly: 10.641.100, indirectly: 0), i.e. 33,1971% of the Company/ s total share capital. 2. The shareholder Mrs Elli Nikolaos Drakopoulos, daughter of George Katsiotis, Vice President of the Board of Directors, holds 10.509.000 nominal shares with corresponding voting rights (directly: 10.509.000. indirectly: 0), i.e. 32,7850% of the Company/ s total share capital. 3. The shareholder Mrs Eleni Alexander Katsiotis, holds 1.847.840 nominal shares with corresponding voting rights (directly: 1.847.840, indirectly: 0), i.e. 5,7648% of the Company/ s total share capital. Until today, there are no changes in the participations of the above or other persons subject to the notification obligation that needs to be published. The announcement informs of the status of the persons that hold more than 5% of shares or voting rights. The announcement is being published pursuant to article 21 of Law 3556/2007 and it is posted at the Company/ s website http://www.elgeka.gr.
