December 10, 2007 ELGEKA S.A. would like to notify the investing public that today, on the 10th of December, it has reached a provisional agreement with PLIAS A.B.E.E. CONSUMER GOODS. Both parties signed a Memorandum of Understanding for the exclusive distribution of PLIAS A.B.E.E. 's products by ELGEKA S.A. in the Greek Market and specifically to the Super Markets, Retailers and Wholesalers/Food Services. ELGEKA S.A. will undertake the activities of Selling, Trade Marketing, Marketing, Logistics and Merchandising of the products (Liquid soaps, Bar soaps, Bath Foams, Shower gels, Body Lotion, Shaving Foams). The detailed terms and conditions of the collaboration will be further developed and will be added at the final agreement which will be singed by both parties.
