January 30, 2008 ELGEKA would like to notify the investing public that on the 14th of January 2008 the National Trade Register Office of Romania finalized the transfer of the 70% (or 420 shares - 10,00 RON per share) of the equity share capital that ELGEKA - FERFELIS ROMANIA SRL (subsidiary of ELGEKA CYPRUS LTD) held in the share capital of CERA VILLA DESIGN to the company SC GATEDOOR HOLDINGS -COM SRL. It should be noted that the company SC GATEDOOR HOLDINGS - COM SRL is the subsidiary company of ELGEKA (CYPRUS) holding 50,01%, i.e. 19,32% directly and 30,69% through GATEDOOR HOLDINGS LTD (CYPRUS). The above transfer was realized in order to concentrate all the strategic activities of the companies of ELGEKA GROUP in Romania.
