November 21, 2008 ELGEKA S.A. would like to notify the investing public that its' subsidiary company by 50,02%, "ELGEKA FERFELIS ROMANIA S.A.", has signed a three year agreement with "SHELL LUBRICANTS SUPPLY COMPANY B.V.", part of The Shell Group, for the distribution of the Shell - branded lubricants in Romania. It is anticipated that ELGEKA FERFELIS ROMANIA S.A. will start the distribution of lubricants on 1 December 2008. The Shell Group has been named as the global market share leader for finished lubricants, supplying 13% of all finished lubricants in 2007 and the aim of this agreement is to increase the presence and recognition of Shell - branded lubricants in the Romanian market. ELGEKA FERFELIS ROMANIA S.A. will establish a specialized business division in order to support the new product category. It is expected that the above-mentioned agreement will benefit the turnover of ELGEKA FERFELIS ROMANIA S.A. and consequently of ELGEKA GROUP by approximately 6.000.000 Euros for the year 2009. ELGEKA FERFELIS ROMANIA S.A. is one of the largest distribution companies in Romania providing integrated commercial services such as sales, marketing and logistics. It owns 12 branches strategically placed all over Romania. ELGEKA FERFELIS ROMANIA S.A., through subsidiary companies, is also present in the markets of Bulgaria and Moldavia.
